Vote for me?

Hey everyone! I just recently posted some photos of the Marvel Comic Shoes that I’d just painted. I painted them for this local radio talent contest. I just wanted to ask you guys to vote for me in this contest. It only takes a minute! All you have to do is scroll down to the bottom of the page, to the poll, and click to vote for video #8, Alexandra Trim. Every single vote is very much appreciated, and it would mean so much to me. You can vote once every 3 hours. You can also watch the video to see the painting process that goes on behind the shoes.

Vote #8 for Alexandra Trim!

These shoes were a custom order for Niamh in Vancouver. She loves designer brands and pink. I painted a pair of Keds pink, with a classic Chanel necklace which wraps around both shoes. Under the necklaces I painted Louis Vuitton, Burberry, D&G, and Coach prints. On the outside of the right shoe I painted the Juicy Couture logo, and a red and green Gucci stripe on the heels. Sold.

These shoes were a custom order for Leyla in Massachusetts. She requested two characters, Grunt and Legion, from a video game called Mass Effect to be painted on the shoes. Sold.

These shoes were a custom order for Martha in Washington. She loves vintage style photographs, so I painted six vintage looking photos in Polaroid frames on the fronts of the shoes. I painted her two favorite photos in the centers. Sold.

These were a custom order for the Food Network. I was sent a pair of white leather Sanita clogs and asked to paint the jacket of Anne Burrell’s new book, Cook Like A Rock Star on them. I painted the title of the book with the Food Network logo on the right shoe and Anne on the left shoe. Congratulations, Anne! Sold.

These shoes were a custom order for Shelton in California. I painted another pair of shoes for him a little while back. For this pair he requested a painting of a scene including Nimrod the Hunter, in color. I painted Nimrod in a chariot pulled by white horses slaying a lion. The base color of these shoes was black. Sold.

Work, work, work…

Hey guys, sorry I haven’t been posting very often - I’ve been working my butt off. I’m finishing up the shoes for the Food Network and I’ll have photos of the Bring Me the Horizon Vans up soon! Next up, polaroid Toms and this strange creature from Mass Effect on Vans. I’m looking forward to starting those.

I’m also taking custom orders now for my Toy Story Vans design. A lot of people have been requesting them, so I’ve finially decided to take orders on them in any sizes! You can purchase the listing through my Etsy shop here: http://www.etsy.com/listing/82438832/made-to-order-any-size-toy-story-shoes or shoot me an email at: aleo126100@hotmail.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!
